Pistachio Fruit Salad 2

1 package of pistachio instant pudding mix
1 can fruit cocktail, drained (save juice)
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 cup of miniature marshmallows
One 9 ounce carton of Cool Whip
1 cup of chopped nuts

Add enough pineapple juice to the fruit cocktail juice to make 1 cup. Mix juices with pudding mix and heat until thick. Add fruit and marshmallows, nuts, and Cool Whip to pudding mixture and toss all together. Chill.



Pistachio Fruit Salad

2 3/4 oz. pistachio pudding
One 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple
One 11 ounce can of mandarin oranges
One 17 ounce can of fruit cocktail
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Chopped nuts & cherries

Combine dry pudding with undrained fruit; mixing well. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 12 x 7 x 2 inch pan, top with nuts and cherries. Chill at least 3 hours. Will serve 12-15 people.
