| Hot Bacon Potato Salad 6 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced Basic-Recipes.com 9/11/06
1 small onion, chopped
3 tablespoons of vinegar
4 slices of bacon, cubed
salt and pepper to taste Mix the potatoes, salt, pepper, onion and vinegar. Fry the bacon until golden brown. Pour hot bacon and bacon grease over the potatoes, mixing lightly with forks. Makes 8 servings |
