| St. Patrick's Day Salad
1 package of lime Jell-O 1 small can of crushed pineapple 1 can pears, drained and diced, save juice 2 packages of cream cheese (3 oz. ea.) 2 tablespoons of cream or milk 2 cups of Cool Whip or whipped cream
Drain juice from pineapple and pears. Heat 1 cup juice (add water if necessary) to boiling. Add to Jell-O in large bowl. While hot, add cream cheese which has been mashed with cream or milk. Whip with mixer. Chill until cool. Add pears, pineapple and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until serving. |

St. Patrick's Day Salad 2
2 small packages of lime Jell-O 1 cup of crushed pineapple (juice included) 1 cup of cottage cheese 1 cup of boiling water 1 (10 oz.) bottle Upper Ten (or any lemon-lime drink, Sprite) 1/2 cup of nuts
Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add the Upper Ten. Let start to congeal and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour in a mold and let chill until firm.
