Shrimp Curry Salad
one 1 1/2 pound bag of frozen cleaned shrimp 3 cups of cooked rice 2 cups of cooked peas 2 cups of diced celery 1/2 cup of chutney 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 3/4 cup of French dressing 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of curry powder
Prepare the shrimp according to package directions, then place in a bowl and chill. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Chill. Serve on salad greens. 6 servings
