Shrimp Salad
2 cups of cleaned cooked shrimp 1/2 cup of sliced celery 1 teaspoon of minced onion 1/3 cup of mayonnaise 1/4 cup of chili sauce 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Chill thoroughly, then serve on lettuce. 6 servings
