Frozen Spiced Peach Salad

One 5 1/2 ounce can of evaporated milk
One 30 ounce jar of spiced peaches
One 3 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 cup of tiny marshmallows
1/2 cup of chopped pecans

Freeze the evaporated milk in refrigerator tray until crystals form around edge. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup of syrup. Finely chop the peaches, discarding pits. In bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Gradually beat in reserved syrup and lemon juice. Fold in peaches, marshmallows, and nuts. Whip icy cold milk until stiff. Fold whipped milk into cheese mixture. Turn into 11 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Freeze until firm.
Serves 8
