Sweet & Sour Pineapple Coleslaw

One 1 pound, 4 1/2 ounce can of crushed pineapple, drained
3 cups of crisp cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup of celery, chopped
1/4 cup of green pepper, chopped
1 cup of miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup of heavy cream
4 tablespoons of wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper



Combine the first 5 ingredients. Beat the cream until stiff, fold in vinegar, salt and pepper. Continue beating until well blended, mix with salad, chill.
