Marinated Zucchini Salad
4 zucchini, thinly sliced 1 cup of mushrooms, thinly sliced 2 small cans of artichoke hearts, drained & sliced 2 small cans of bamboo shoots, drained One 8 ounce bottle of Italian salad dressing 1 envelope of Original Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mixAdd all but dressings together in a large bowl. Mix together dressing and dressing mix. Pour over mixed ingredients. Marinate several hours or overnight. |
