| Ditty's Hot Chili
2 pounds of lean ground beef 1 large onion one 2 pound can of whole tomatoes 1 can of Old El Paso green chilies, chopped 1 jar of jalapeno sauce 1 package of Old El Paso chili seasoning 16 ounces of Progresso kidney beans 1 can of pinto beans |

Brown the beef and onions, drain fat. Add 1 can of water and everything but the beans. (Caution: add 1/3 of the jalapeno sauce and then gradually 1 tablespoon at a time to test seasoning). Simmer for 2 hours.
Fifteen minutes before serving, add beans. Serve with Grated Cheddar cheese and chopped onions. French bread with peanut butter is good with this. It "cools" it down a little! |
