4 tomatoes 1 cucumber 1/2 cup of ice water 1/2 green pepper 1 - 2 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 small onion, sliced 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
Cut up vegetables and place in blender. Add other ingredients and blend on liquefy for 5 to 10 seconds. Set out dish of garnishes when serving soup. Suggestions: croutons, chopped cucumber, onion, pepper, and hard boiled eggs. Serves 4
