one 46 ounce can of tomato juice 1 pint of sour cream or diet equivalent 2 lemons, only juice 2 tablespoons of sugar or equivalent 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1 bunch of scallions, green tops only, cut fine 2 cucumbers |  |
Peel cukes and dice. Chop scallions and mix all ingredients together. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for a week. Flavors even improve. Yield 3 quarts |
