Grilled Pickled Hamburgers

2/3 cup of evaporated milk
1 egg
1 1/2 pound of ground beef
1 cup of crushed potato chips
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 cup of sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup of chopped pimento
6 hamburger buns, split


Combine the milk, egg, beef, potato chips, seasonings, mustard, onion, pickle relish and pimentos, mix well. Form mixture into 12 thin patties, place on split hamburger bun, covering completely. Broil for 5 - 7 minutes or until done. 6 servings.
