3 center cut pork chops 3 hard cooked eggs 3 large pickles 2 stalks celery, finely chopped salt & pepper to taste 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise |

Boil the chops until tender, drain and cool. Remove bones from chops. Grind pork chops, eggs and pickles, stir in celery, salt & pepper. Add mayonnaise to moisten, adding more if necessary. 8 servings
