Jell-O Salad (Christmas/Thanksgiving/Memorial Day, Fourth of July or just whenever you desire)

1 cup of cranberries
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of crushed pineapple
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of nuts, chopped or broken
1 orange, chopped, peel and all (no seeds)
1 cup of  pineapple juice
one 6 ounce package of  red Jell-O
1 cup of hot water



Cook cranberries in sugar and water to cover until berries are popped. Mix next 5 ingredients. Stir boiling water into Jell-O and mix until Jell-O is melted. Add all other ingredients. Chill until set.
