| Sausage & Sweet Potato Stuffing
1/2 pound of bulk pork sausage one 16 ounce can of whole sweet potatoes in syrup, undrained 1 cup of water 3 cups of Stove Top Cornbread stuffing mix in the canister |

Brown sausage in large skillet on medium high heat. Meanwhile, drain sweet potatoes, reserving syrup. Slice sweet potatoes. Add water and reserved syrup to skillet; bring to boil. Stir in stuffing mix and sweet potatoes just to moisten. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole; cover. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
