
| Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pecan Dessert
1 cup of flour 1/2 cup of margarine, room temperature 1 cup of chopped pecans
Blend above like pastry. Pat into pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes. Chill.
SECOND LAYER: one 4 ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup of powdered (confectioners') sugar 1 cup of Dream or Cool Whip
Blend and spread over first layer. Cool. |

THIRD LAYER:
1 can of Libby's pumpkin pie mix (seasoned) 1 large package of pkg. vanilla instant pudding 3/4 cup of condensed milk
Spread over third layer. Chill. Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans. |
