| Thanksgiving Pumpkin Cake
one 16 ounce can of pumpkin 3 eggs 3/4 cup of vegetable oil 1/2 cup of water 2 3/4 cups of flour 2 1/4 cups of sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1 1/4 teaspoon of salt 3/4 teaspoon of nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon of cloves 1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 cup of chopped nuts 1 cup of raisins, optional |

Beat together eggs, pumpkin, vegetable oil and water. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in chopped nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour or until done at 350ºF. |
