Virginia Ham & Broccoli O'Brien

10 - 12 slices of white bread, buttered
2 cups of diced baked Virginia Ham
1 pkg. (10 ounces) of frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 pkg. (24 ounces) of frozen hash brown potatoes O'Brien, thawed
1/2 cup of chopped onion
3 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 - 2 1/2 cups of Half and Half
1/4 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

In an 8x12 baking dish, layer in order: bread, ham, broccoli, potatoes and onion. Top with cheese. In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, half and half, mustard, salt and pepper, mix well. Pour over top of cheese. Cover and refrigerator, let stand for 30 minutes and then bake, uncovered, at 325ºF. for 1 hour. Serves 6 - 8
