Butternut Squash
1 1/2 cup of cooked butternut squash
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 stick of butter
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/2 cup of milk | |
Peel and cut up butternut squash. Boil in water until tender. Mash squash,
add butter and sugar to hot mixture until they are melted. Stir in other
ingredients and mix well. Bake in a greased casserole dish about 35 minutes
at 350ºF.
