one 9 ounce package of frozen artichoke hearts 1 medium head lettuce, shredded 1 cup of small raw cauliflowerets 1 large tomato, diced 1 tablespoon of chopped chives 2 large ripe olives, sliced 2 large stuffed olives, sliced 2 tablespoons of chopped dill pickle French dressing
Cook the artichokes as directed on package. Chill. Lightly toss vegetables, olives and pickle with dressing to moisten. Serve at once. Makes 6 servings
