6 ounces of marinated artichoke hearts 1 cup of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of diced pimento (optional) 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup of sour cream 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Combine all ingredients and place in crock pot. Cover and heat 30 to 60 minutes until hot. Serve with tortilla chips or assorted crackers.
