Hot Artichoke Seafood Salad

 

Hot Artichoke Seafood Salad

14 ounces of canned artichoke hearts,
2 cups of mayonnaise
2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan
1 1/2 cup of fresh crab meat, drained
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup of toasted almonds
Assorted crackers 



Preheat oven to 350ºF. Liberally grease a 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish. Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese, crab meat, and Tabasco sauce. Mix well and spoon into the baking dish. Top with almonds. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until hot. Serve on crackers.
Yields: 4 Servings
