1/3 cup of vinegar 1/3 cup of salad oil 1/3 cup of water 1 clove garlic 2 teaspoons of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 teaspoons of snipped parsley 1/4 teaspoon of pepper a dash of hot sauce one 14 ounce can of Artichoke Hearts, drained
Combine ingredients and marinate at least 2 days.
