Spinach and Artichoke Dip 3

 

Spinach and Artichoke Dip 3

one 10 ounce package of frozen chopped spinach
12 ounces of  Monterey jack cheese
12 ounces of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of  Parmesan cheese; grated
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
one 14 ounce can of Artichoke Hearts, chopped
5 slices of Provolone cheese



Preheat oven to broil. Drain spinach well and combine with the next 6 ingredients in a microwave safe dish; mix well. Microwave on High until bubbly. Top with provolone cheese.
