1 head cabbage salt and pepper 2 eggs 1 cup of milk
Clean the celery and cut into 1 inch pieces, discarding leaves. Cover with water and boil until tender, about 15 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the water and place the celery in a pyrex pie pan. Beat together the eggs and milk and pour over the celery. Bake for 30 minutes in oven at 350ºF. Goes great with ham. Serves 4
