Baked Root Vegetables
8 small carrots 8 small potatoes 8 small onions 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1 cup of melted cheese 2 tablespoons of butter
Pare carrots and potatoes and cut into slices. Peel onions and mince. Combine vegetables in greased baking dish, season with salt and pepper, add cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes. Related recipe: Root Vegetables with Rosemary |
