| Baked Bean Sausage Casserole one 10 ounce package of frozen Lima Beans three 1 pound cans of Baked Beans two 1 pound cans of kidney beans 1 pound of pork link sausage 1/2 pound Smoked Ham, cut in 1/2" 1 tablespoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of mustard 1/2 tablespoon of pepper one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce 1/2 cup of catsup 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 medium onion, chopped
Instructions:
Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pieces) ham, tomato sauce and seasonings with 3 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400ºF. for one hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry. Serves 25 at buffet.
