one 48 ounce jar of Great Northern beans, cooked 1 pounds of lean pork, cut into 1" cubes 1 teaspoon salt one 14 ounce bottle of catsup 3 tablespoons of prepared mustard 1 cup of brown sugar, packed 1 large sweet onion, chopped
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients; mix gently but well. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 9 to 12 hours, or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours.
This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
