Kidney Bean Dip

 

Kidney Bean Dip

Categories: Kidney Beans, Garlic, Onion, Mustard, Bean, Mayo, Appetizers

2 cups of red kidney beans
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 large green pepper,  finely chopped
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of horseradish
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 dash of salt and pepper
1 dash of dry mustard
1/4 cup of pickle relish



Rinse, Drain and chill beans. Mix together other ingredients. Add beans and refrigerate overnight.
