Apple Beet Salad (3.5 Pts)
4 Granny Smith apples, peeled cored and sliced
16 ounces of julienne beets, drained
1/2 cup of sliced radishes
1/4 cup of diagonally sliced green onions
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of ground allspice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Dash hot sauce, optional

In large bowl, combine apples, beets, radishes, and green onions. In
a small bowl, vinegar, olive oil, sugar, allspice, salt, pepper, and, if
desired, hot sauce; pour over apple mixture and toss well. Cover and
refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serving Size: 6
