| Baked Beets with Paprika
Fresh beets
salt to taste
Paprika to taste
1/4 cup of melted butter |

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Wash beets and trim the tops, leaving 2 inches of stem. Place on a pan and bake until tender. Pull off the skins. Season the beets with salt, paprika and melted butter. |
