2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 tablespoon of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves 3 cup of diced, cooked beets
Combine all of the ingredients except beets in a medium saucepan; cook over low heat about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in beets; cook 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 6 servings.
