2 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar 2 tablespoons of honey 1 tablespoon of orange juice 1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings 5 cooked beets, peeled and sliced
In a saucepan combine the butter, vinegar, honey, and orange juice. Add onions and beets. Simmer until heated through, about 5 minutes. The onions should remain crisp. Serves 4 - 5
