
| Broccoli Au gratin
1 1/2 pounds of broccoli 1 can of condensed Cheddar cheese soup 1/4 cup of milk 1 cup of Bisquick 1/4 cup of firm margarine
Bring 1 inch of salt water to boiling; add broccoli. Cook until stems are tender 12 to 15 minutes; drain. Arrange broccoli in ungreased baking dish. Heat oven to 400ºF. Beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth; pour over broccoli. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over cheese sauce. Bake until crumbs are very light brown, about 20 minutes. |

Broccoli Au Gratin 1 bunch of broccoli, about 2 pounds One 11 ounce can of Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup 1/4 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of buttered bread crumbs 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled Cook the vegetable, drain. Place in a shallow baking dish, 10 x 6 x 2 inches. Stir the soup, blend in milk, pour over the vegetable. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes or until hot. Garnish with bacon before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings |
