1/3 cup of bread crumbs, dried 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese extra sharp, shredded 2 cups of broccoli florets, small 2 cups of cauliflower flowerets, small cut Vegetable Cooking Spray 1 tablespoon of margarine, reduce calorie, melted 1 tablespoon of coarse mustard 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Combine the breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese; stir breadcrumb mixture well and set aside. Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 4 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain vegetables and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Combine margarine, mustard and white pepper in a small bowl; drizzle over broccoli and cauliflower and toss well. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over vegetables, and bake at 425ºF. for 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
