| | Broccoli Sauté
1/2 of a 16-ounce package loose-pack of frozen cut broccoli 1 stalk of celery, sliced 2 green onions, sliced 2 tablespoons of butter, or margarine 1/2 teaspoon of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of salt
In a large skillet, cook and stir broccoli, celery, and green onion in hot butter over medium-high heat about 8 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in sugar and salt. Serves 4. |
