2 pounds of fresh broccoli 1/2 cup of sliced green onions 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted 2 tablespoons of chopped pimiento 1 teaspoon of grated lemon rind 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
Arrange the broccoli in a steaming rack with stalks to center of rack. Place over boiling water, cover and steam 10 - 15 minutes. Place in a serving dish. Sauté onions in butter until tender. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over broccoli. Serve warm 6 servings.
