| | Grilled Broccoli in Foil
Place two 10 ounce packages of frozen broccoli spears on a large square of double thickness aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper. Tuck in thin slices of lemon or sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Top with 2 or 3 generous pats of butter or margarine. Bring edges of foil up, and leaving a little space for expansion of steam, seal tightly with double fold. Heat over hot coals about 40 minutes, turning frequently. Makes 6 to 8 servings
