1 1/2 pounds bunch broccoli 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, softened 1 tablespoon of grated orange rind 2 tablespoons of orange juice
Trim the broccoli, pare stalks, using a vegetable peeler. Cut into long, thin stems. Transfer broccoli to a steamer basket, cover and steam 8 - 10 minutes or until tender. Place broccoli in a serving bowl. Mix butter, orange rind, and orange juice in a small mixing bowl. Top the broccoli with butter mixture. 6 servings.
