Skillet Chicken & Broccoli

1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
1 cup of hot water
one 3 - 3 1/2 pound broiler fryer, cut up
1 small onion, sliced
1 pound of fresh broccoli, cut into spears
1 1/2 teaspoons of lemon and pepper seasoning salt




Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water, set aside. Heat an electric skillet to 400ºF.  Brown chicken on each side 1 - 2 minutes. Reduce heat to 300ºF., add sliced onion and dissolved bouillon, Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add broccoli to skillet, sprinkle chicken and broccoli with seasoning salt. Reduce heat to 200ºF., cover and cook for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking 5 minutes or until tender. Serve warm. 4 servings
