2 pounds of fresh broccoli, cleaned and steamed 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted 2 tablespoons of Chablis or other white wine
Arrange broccoli spears in a serving dish. Combine melted butter and wine; pour over broccoli and toss lightly. Yield: 6 servings. |
