3 slices of bacon, chopped 2 small onion, chopped 10 ounces of packaged frozen Brussels sprouts 2 tablespoons of water 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
In a small glass baking dish, microwave bacon 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on high power, stirring occasionally, until almost done. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. Add onion to drippings and cook 2 minutes on high power, stirring once. Add Brussels sprouts and water. Cook 6 to 8 minutes on high power, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain off liquid. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
