
| Brussels Sprouts Supreme
4 cups of Brussels sprouts 2 cups of milk 3/4 cup of milk or heavy cream Butter, salt & pepper to taste
Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain water. Add 2 cups milk and simmer for 30 minutes (or until the milk is almost absorbed). Add 3/4 cup milk or heavy cream, butter and salt and pepper to taste. Do not let it boil! |
