5 - 6 bratwurst sausage links 1 medium cabbage head, coarsely shredded 1 large onion 1 cup of creamy honey-mustard dressing 1 cup of applesauce or apple cider 1 - 2 teaspoons of caraway seed 1 teaspoon celery seed Salt, to taste Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Brown sausage and cut into bite-size pieces. Drain well. Combine with cabbage and onion in the crock pot. Add remaining ingredients; cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. This recipe yields 4 servings.
