1 pound of soup meat 2 pound head of cabbage 1 can of tomato paste 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Shred cabbage. Put meat and cabbage in pot. Add water to cover meat and cabbage. Add tomato paste, lemon and sugar and cook for about 2 hours until the meat is tender. |
