1/4 cup of butter
4 cups of shredded red cabbage
2 tart apples, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of caraway seed
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions:
In a 2 quart saucepan with cover,
melt butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir slightly. Cover and cook 10 - 15
minutes until cabbage is just tender. Serves 5 - 6
