Steamed Celery Cabbage

1 package of Chinese celery cabbage (stalk of 12 to 15 ribs)
2 envelopes of MBT Chicken Broth
salt and pepper, to taste
12 ounces of water
soy sauce



Bring water, seasonings, and broth to a boil. Place the cabbage on its side and slice down at 1-inch intervals. Separate the pieces. Add the cabbage to the water, seasonings, and broth and cook for 2 minutes. Add several drops of soy sauce. Drain and serve. Serves 2.
