| | Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage
2 cups of red cabbage 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch 2 teaspoons of water 1/8 cup of vinegar 1 tablespoon of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of tarragon
Shred cabbage coarsely. Cover in boiling water and cook 7 - 10 minutes. Drain all but 1/2 cup of water. Add cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons of water, vinegar, sugar and tarragon. Cook a few minutes. Serves 4 |
