| | Celery Filled with Chicken Salad
1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1/4 cup of chopped pecans 1 1/2 cups of diced cooked chicken 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple; drained 1 bunch of Pascal Celery
Combine all the above ingredients, except celery bunch. Refrigerate, covered, about 2 hours. Wash and trim celery stalks, cut into 40 (2-inch) pieces. Fill celery with chicken salad. Refrigerate, covered with saran wrap, until ready to serve. 40 appetizers.
