3 cups of diagonally cut celery, including tops 2 cups of chicken stock 1/2 cup of slivered almonds 1/2 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs 4 tablespoons of butter, melted 1/4 pimiento, chopped
Cook celery for a few minutes until almost tender in chicken stock. Combine all other ingredients with celery and pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes.
